Returns and Replacement Policy
We are proud of the coffee we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any coffee purchase you have made from our website, simply contact us within 21 days of shipment at bunosiloestates@gmail.com for a replacement of the product.
Please make sure to include:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- The items you would like to replace
- The reason for the replacement
Please note:
- All coffee packets should be returned back to us in case of replacement. The charges for returning the shipment shall be borne by the customer. We will send a free replacement of the item.
- In the case of non-satisfaction with flavor, you can get it replaced with any of the items listed on our website for the same value or higher. In case of higher value, the difference amount shall be paid by the customer.
- All brewing equipment can only be replaced if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
- Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be prorated based on the number of shipments remaining.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.
